This explains what we do with your personal information when you contact us about cleaning work.
What we ask for
Through the quote form or a phone call we collect your name, your phone number and the property postcode, and, only if you offer them, an email address and notes about the work. That is all we ask for and all we keep.
Why we use it
To quote for the work, to arrange the clean, and to contact you about that booking. The legal basis is the steps you have asked us to take before entering a contract, followed by our legitimate interest in running the job.
Keeping your details
We delete enquiries that never become bookings after 12 months, and keep records of completed work for six years in case they are needed for tax or a dispute.
Who sees it
Your details are seen by the office team and by the cleaners allocated to your booking. We never sell your information or share it with marketing companies. A third-party company hosts the website, and form enquiries are sent securely to the system we use for bookings.

What you can ask us to do
You are entitled to ask what we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. Call 020 3129 3435 and we will deal with it. If you are unhappy with how we handle your request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
